The building is
located right by La Coulée Verte.
It was renovated in 2007. The apartment was renovated in November 2008. Bright, with southern exposure, it faces a large and very calm courtyard. The Gare de Lyon station is 300 meters away, with TGV trains to Provence, the RER and the Metro. The Ledru Rollin Metro station is also a 3 minutes walk away. Many bus lines serve the neiboorhood. Taxis abound. There is no parking provided with this offer. In the quarter, there are many restaurants: French, Japanese,Vietnamese and Italian. The Aligre outdoor market is open everyday until 1PM and is only a five minute walk. At the Place d'Aligre a supermarket is open until 10PM. At the Bastille, a 10 minutes walk, one will find cinemas, theaters, opera, bars and night-clubs. On the way to Bastille is Le Faubourg Saint-Antoine and its trendy shops. The Place des Vosges and Le Marais are 20 minutes walk away. Tuileries, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Champs-Elysées, Les Halles are less than 20 minutes away from Gare de Lyon Metro station. All of those places are an easy and pleasant walk. From Ledru Rollin Metro station, the Bois de Vincennes and its lake are 15 minutes away. Many bus lines make these same destinations accessible on direct lines also. For kids of all ages, Disneyland Paris is 45 minutes away from Gare de Lyon on direct line. |
